Advanced and expert skiers can ride the Glacier Express on Blackcomb and Peak Chairs on Whistler to experience ski chutes and bowls steep enough to make your knees quiver.

On a sunny day, beginner, intermediate, and advanced skiers can all ride the 7th Heaven Express on Blackcomb, or the Harmony Chair on Whistler to catch the unbelievable views. You’ll see majestic Black Tusk dominating the sky, and snowy peaks and glaciers stretching as far as the eye can see. On a spring day you may want to pack a picnic so you can stay up and enjoy the view and soak in some rays thoroughly enjoying your holiday.

If you’re looking for something a little different on your vacation, check out the terrain parks. Both mountains have parks and gardens to suit a range of abilities, from gentle rollers to jumps so high you might lose your lunch before you hit the ground.

After a hard day’s skiing, be sure to check out the après scene in the village. The Longhorn Saloon and the Glacier Lift Company (GLC) are both hot spots in the Whistler Village. Check out Merlin’s in the Upper Village near the Blackcomb base, or for something different, ski down to Creekside and give Dusty’s (locals’ hangout) a try.
