PRICING
All prices are charged in Canadian
(CAD) dollars, clients using
non-Canadian credit card's will
be subject to foreign exchange
rates charged by the clients
credit card company and not the
approximate foreign exchange
rate indicated on WhistlerTravel.com.
Unless otherwise stated rates
may be subject to change without
notice. Fluctuation in currency
exchange rates will affect published
and quoted prices. Charges will
appear as Personal Travel Management
on your credit card statement.
RESERVATION POLICY
To confirm a lodging reservation
your credit card information
and personal details (address
etc) will be required and will
be kept confidential.
A lodging deposit requires a
2 night (room and tax) non-refundable
payment due 7 days after the
initial time of booking. You
may cancel your booking without
penalty within the 7 day period.
A lodging balance or full payment
is due 30 - 45 days prior to
arrival or immediately if the
booking is confirmed within the
30 - 45 day period. Your balance
or full payment is non-refundable.
Minimum night restrictions may
apply to some properties. Extra
person charges may apply to some
properties.
AIRFARES
Airfare payment is subject to
the rules and conditions set
by the air carrier and may change
without notice due to fluctuation
in currency exchange and / or
fuel prices or airfare increases.
FLIGHT
SCHEDULES
Carrier's aircraft flight schedules
and routings are subject to change
at any time. Flight times will
be shown on your ticket and itinerary
but travelers should still check
with the airline well in advance
of leaving for the airport.
RBC INSURANCE
WhistlerTravel.com
is a tour company operated
by Personal Travel Management
Ltd. (PTM), insurance is purchased
through PTM Ltd. who is a registered
and licensed agent, insurance
can only be purchased at the
initial time of booking air
or accommodation.
REFUND
POLICY
Refunds for your airline tickets
will be subject to the rules
and conditions set by the air
carrier.
No refunds will be made for unused
services including accommodations.
Whistler Travel clients must
apply directly to Whistler
Blackcomb Mountain for any
and all refunds for a) lift
tickets b) ski
& snowboard school c) equipment
rental.
PLEASE NOTE: It is always a good
idea to purchase cancellation
insurance to protect your holiday
from any unforeseen circumstances
that may arise.
SERVICE
FEES
All
lodging / accommodation bookings
may be charged a one time $25.00
CAD plus 5% GST administration
fee.
All airline tickets issued
will be charged a one time
$45.00 CAD plus 5% GST administration
fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Whistler Travel
clients will NOT be charged both
lodging and airfare service fees,
if airline tickets are purchased
the lodging administration fee
will be waived.
CHANGES
Once
your travel arrangements have
been approved and confirmed
you may be charged a one time
$25.00 CAD plus 5% GST administration
fee per booking by Personal
Travel Management Ltd. for
changes to the initial booking
along with any additional charges
levied by the individual suppliers
for any changes.
Airfare bookings may incur additional
service fees and changes to your
airline ticket will be subject
to the rules and conditions set
by the air carrier.
DOCUMENTATION
Personal Travel Management Ltd.
is responsible in advising you
of the proper documentation required
for entry to your destination,
we highly recommend you travel
with a valid passport if you
are an international visitor.
It is your responsibility to
obtain these documents at your
own expense.
If you are refused boarding you
will be responsible for any cost
involved in continuing your vacation
and no refund will be issued.
A criminal record can lead to
denial of entry or passage to
your destination.
RESPONSIBILITY
WhistlerTravel.com is a tour
company operated by Personal
Travel Management Ltd., we take
great care in selecting the correct
air lines, hotels and local operators,
however we act only for the companies
providing transportation or other
services and assume no responsibility
or liability in connection with
any conveyance on air or land
which may be used wholly or in
part in the performance of it's
duty to the passenger.
PTM Ltd. or WhistlerTravel.com
shall not be liable for any act,
error or omission or for any
neglect or default in any vehicle,
or for any neglect or default
of any company or person conveying
the passenger or for any damage
or inconvenience caused by late
air, or land transportation or
by any chance of schedule or
other conditions.
PTM Ltd. or WhistlerTravel.com
will not be responsible for any
loss of or damage to baggage
or any article belonging to the
passenger. In the event it becomes
necessary or advisable for the
passengers comfort and welfare
or for any reason whatsoever
to alter the arrangements of
the itinerary, such alterations
may be made without penalty to
PTM Ltd. or WhistlerTravel.com.
Additional expenses, if any,
shall be assumed by the passenger. |
